Television show host, founder of the ‘Esi Yankah Foundation’, and the most promising female personality of the year at the Ghana Women Awards in 2013, Esi Yankah, together with lawyer Dickson Tweneboa-Koduah (popularly known as Lawyer TK) of UTV, an international business lawyer and Managing Partner at 1st Chamber Law Consult will share uplifting life lessons and empower senior high students at this year’s acclaimed youth motivation, mentorship and networking event.
The sixth edition of Hope 4 Life Tour which is set for 12:00 pm on Saturday 20th October at the Aggrey Memorial Senior High School in Cape Coast, will see seven schools in participation: Ghana National College, Adisadel College, Mfantsipim School, Oguaa Senior High and Technical School, Moree Senior High and Technical School, Holy Child Senior High School and Aggrey Memorial Senior High School, the host.
This will be the youth programme’s second event outside Greater Accra and the very first in the Central Region, following the fifth edition held in October 2017 at Ofori Panyin Senior High School in the Eastern Region.
A representative of the Ghana Pharmaceutical Association will also speak at the sixth edition of Hope 4 Life Tour to educate the students on the abuse of over-the-counter medications and its attendant dangers.
Spoken word genius Rhyme Sonny and new gospel music sensation Lor will grace the event to provide some entertainment with poetry and music performances. There will also be an interactive freestyle spoken word and rap session by students of the participating schools.
Hope 4 Life Tour which is managed by BEKOFI – a Ghanaian creative firm – is a motivation, mentorship and networking project sponsored by the World Bank which is geared at empowering the next generation by providing a platform for the youth to interact with their role models and exemplary personalities in society, gleaning positive insights and mindsets from them.
