Love is not a fairy tale. And though it will get sour at times, there’s always that slim chance of staying together which we can take – if we are willing. This is the emphasis of “Embers of Love”, a new stageplay by Germinal Consult.
Written by playwright Isaac Boakye Danquah, Embers of Love tells the tale of a couple’s triumph over a very challenging setback threatening their marriage. The story seeks to revive our belief in love and its power to make us complete and set our hearts at peace with everything around us.
Embers of Love, directed by Nii Mantse, is powered by Germinal Consult -an event planning and production consult that is determined to leave patrons of its innovative productions with memorable experiences. The production of this play follows the success of “Ghana Must Live Again”, a night of poetry, music and dance held at the National Theatre in 2016.
The stageplay is scheduled for 6:30 pm on 1st April 2017 at the Church of Pentecost, Glory Temple, Sakumono Estates.
